Diving blocks are for swim team and instructional use only. Please stay off.
4.
Diving area rules
a. Only one person on board at a time
b. No diving from side of board
c. Single bounce only
d. Swim immediately to side of pool after
diving
e. No back or inverted dives
f.
No
back flips or gainers
g. No swimming in area under diving board
h. No life jackets off the diving board
i.
No
goggles or masks off the diving board
5.
No diving in depths of 9’-0” or less
6.
Water Slide Rules
a. No running, standing, kneeling, tumbling, or
stopping on flumes or in
b. No head first sliding at any time.
c. The use of a slide while under the influence
of alcohol or impairing drugs
d. is prohibited.
e. Only
one person at a time may travel the slide. (Children too short may be
accompanied by an adult)
f. Obey instructions of lifeguards and other
staff at all times.
g. Keep all parts of the body within the flume.
h. Leave
the splash pool promptly after exiting from the slide.

8.
Personal Hygiene and Behavior Rules
a. A person using the facility must take a
cleansing shower before entering the pool enclosure. A bather leaving the pool to use the toilet
must take a second cleansing shower before returning to the pool enclosure
b. A
person having a communicable disease transmissible by water must be excluded
from public pools. Any person having any
exposed sub-epidermal tissue, including open blisters, cuts or other lesions
may not use a public pool.
c. No running, no boisterous or rough play.
9.
General Pool Rules
a. A person using the facility must take a
cleansing shower before entering the pool enclosure. A bather leaving the pool to use the toilet
must take a second cleansing shower before returning to the pool enclosure
b. Persons having or reasonably suspected to
have any considerable area of exposed sub-epidermal tissue, cuts or known or
recognizable contagious or communicable diseases, cough, cold, open sore,
blisters, bandaged wound, fever, inflammation of eyes, nasal or ear discharges,
shall not be allowed to enter the pool water.
c. Spitting, urinating, blowing of the nose,
spouting of water or deposit foreign matter in a pool shall be strictly
prohibited.
d. Bottles, crockery, glassware, or other
hazardous objects shall not be permitted within the pool fence area, pool room,
bathhouse facilities, or in the swimming pool or on the deck area.
e. No children should be in the pool without
adult supervision.
f.
No
person shall bring or throw into the pool, or its floors, walkways, aisles or
dressing rooms any object that may or in any way carry contamination, or
endanger the safety of any bather.
g. Any person suspected of being under the
influence of alcohol or drugs shall be prohibited from entering the pool.
h. Unsupervised solo bathing shall be strictly
prohibited.
i.
Running,
boisterous or horse play, except supervised water sports is prohibited.
j.
Animals
shall not be allowed within 10 feet, 3.05 meters, of the pool or five feet, 1.5
meters of the pool deck. Animals
assisting handicapped individuals are exempt from this requirement.
k. Food or drink is prohibited within 10 feet,
3.05 meters of the pool. Beverages must
be served in non-breakable containers.
l.
Use of
the pool shall be prohibited during severe weather conditions, i.e. electrical
storms, tornadoes, etc.
m. No diving is allowed off the deck into
shallow areas of the pool.
10.
Splash Pad Rules
a. No running.
b. No hanging or climbing on equipment.
c. Take Turns.
d. Get wet and have fun!
